Preservation Initiatives

We actively collaborate with the Department of Archaeology of Bangladesh, UNESCO, and international conservation bodies to implement best-practice preservation methodologies. Current initiatives include digital documentation using 3D scanning and photogrammetry, material analysis of original brick and terracotta elements, and development of site management plans.

📚

Cultural Awareness Programs

Through educational workshops, heritage tours, academic partnerships, and digital outreach, we strive to raise awareness about the historical significance of the Sixty Dome Mosque. Our programs target students, researchers, architects, and the broader public — both in Bangladesh and internationally.

🌍

Tourism Development

We are committed to developing sustainable heritage tourism infrastructure around Bagerhat, including improved visitor facilities, trained local guides, interpretive signage, and digital visitor resources. Our goal is to make the site accessible to global audiences while protecting its integrity.

🔮

Future Restoration Vision

Our long-term vision includes comprehensive restoration of deteriorated terracotta ornamentation, stabilization of the dome structures, improved drainage systems, and establishment of a dedicated on-site museum and research center. We envision the Sixty Dome Mosque becoming a world-class heritage destination and center for the study of Indo-Islamic architecture.
